I started 413 Fitness UK to help individuals become the strongest version of themselves that they can be. I believe it is never too early or too late to make improvements to your health. Consistent application of the right techniques will bring the changes you desire. Whether you are sixteen or sixty, you have the power within you to make positive changes to your body. Here at 413 Fitness UK, I use a scientifically proven structured approach to training which will enable your strength or weight loss goals to become a reality. Every session is tailored to your ability and goals, with fun and hard work blended together!

About Me
Jackie Horne
I am a qualified personal trainer, first aid certified and fully insured.
I truly believe that, with the right support, everyone is able to achieve their fitness goals.
On my personal fitness journey, I have used diet and exercise to reverse my type 2 diabetes as well as use exercise to rehabilitate a ruptured Achilles tendon. As a trainer and a woman of a certain age (60 years!), I have personal experience and studied the impact of the complexities of menopause on weight loss. If this applies to you, I will show empathy as we overcome the specific challenges.

Access to your training session through the app (optional) allowing you to repeat a session as required.

Partner or small group Personal training
Reduce the cost of personal training by linking up with one or more friends and training together.
The package includes

Partner or Group sessions with your trainer.

An tailored exercise programme based on your shared goal. eg weight loss, build strength, training for menopause management.

Advice on nutrition to support your training goals.

Regular progress checks and goal reviews.

A minimum of 6 sessions are recommended.

Choose this option if you are new to the gym and want to train alone or have some gym experience and need a structured training plan to improve results.
